Privacy Policy

In short: your logbook stays on your Mac. We don’t collect it, we can’t see it, and there are no analytics or trackers in the App.

Your logbook data

Everything you enter — flights, hours, profile, qualifications — is stored locally on your Mac. It is never sent to us, and we have no access to it. If you enable backups, copies are saved to a location you choose (a local folder or your own iCloud Drive), which remains under your control.

When the App connects to the internet

The App is designed to work offline. It only makes network requests in these cases:

Licence activation & validation — your licence key and an anonymous identifier of your Mac are sent to Lemon Squeezy to check your licence. No logbook data is included.
Map & airspace display — when you open the map, map tiles and (optionally) airspace data are loaded from third-party providers such as OpenStreetMap / CARTO and openAIP.

The App contains no advertising, analytics or tracking.

Payments

Your purchase is processed by Lemon Squeezy, our reseller and Merchant of Record. They handle your payment and billing details under their own privacy policy; we never see or store your card details.

Your rights

Because we don’t collect your personal data through the App, there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete on our side. For data held by Lemon Squeezy (e.g. your order and email), please refer to their privacy policy, or contact us and we’ll help.
