Refund Policy

AirLedger is a digital product delivered instantly as a download. This policy explains when you can get a refund. Payments and refunds are handled by our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy.

When a refund may be available

Because AirLedger is a downloadable digital product delivered immediately, purchases are generally final. We may provide a full refund when:

you cannot activate your licence,
the App does not run on a supported Mac (Apple Silicon, macOS 11 or later), or
there is a technical fault that we cannot help you resolve.

Other refund requests are reviewed individually. This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase.

Digital delivery & right of withdrawal

By downloading the App immediately after purchase, you acknowledge that delivery of the digital content begins right away. Where applicable, this may affect the standard statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content, as presented at checkout. Your mandatory consumer rights are not affected.

How to request a refund

Email contact@example.com with your order number. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method by Lemon Squeezy, usually within a few business days.
